Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Bangkok, Thailand will launch the solicitation on the beta.SAM.gov website when it is available.

This solicitation is to provide wooden furniture for the U.S. Embassy Bangkok, Thailand. The Contractor shall fabricate and deliver wooden furniture for residence to the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and (2) two-year periods at the option of the Government.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantities (IDIQ) type contract.

The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference, and the date for this conference will be mentioned in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database https://www.sam.gov when submitting an offer or quotation, to prior to contract award, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Electronic Submission/Responses:

No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail or deliver your offer to the GSO/Contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.

All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. The solicitation will be issued via the beta.SAM.gov website-no paper copies will be mailed. The Government plans to issue the solicitation in June 2022 timeframe.
