The Minister of Foreign Affairs, acting under the Act of 27 August 2009 on Public Finances (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1530, as amended), announces an open competition for offers: "Polonia Infrastructure 2025".
Type of public task: Help for the Polish diaspora and Poles abroad – Polish diaspora infrastructure
The amount of financial resources allocated for the implementation of public tasks in 2025 amounts to PLN 11,680,000 (in words: eleven million six hundred eighty thousand zlotys).
Rules for awarding grants:
Entities referred to in art. 127 section 1 item 1 letter e of the Act of 27 August 2009 on public finances (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1530, as amended) that meet the requirements specified in the competition rules may apply for the subsidy.
Deadline and conditions for the implementation of public tasks:
Project completion date in 2025: no earlier than January 1, 2025 and no later than December 31, 2025.
Continuation of the task in 2026: not earlier than from 01.01.2026 and not later than 31.12.2026.
Continuation of the task in 2027: not earlier than from 01.01.2027 and not later than 31.12.2027.
The conditions for carrying out the public task are specified in the competition rules.
Information on the results of the implementation of the public task:
Bidders are obliged to indicate in their offer the expected results of the public task, the planned level of their achievement and the method of monitoring these results.

The deadline for submitting offers is 9 December 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
The date of receipt of the offer by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is decisive.
Bids submitted after the deadline will not be evaluated.

Information on entities that have been qualified for grants in the competition will be published in the Public Information Bulletin of the Ministry, at the Ministry’s headquarters and on the Ministry’s website by 31 January
2025.
Public tasks of the same type implemented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the current and previous year and related costs:
In the current year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs financed public tasks of the same type, for the implementation of which a total amount of PLN 19,300,000 (in words: nineteen million three hundred thousand zloty) was allocated.
In the previous year, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs financed public tasks of the same type, for the implementation of which a total amount of PLN 29,850,000.00 (twenty-nine million eight hundred and fifty thousand zlotys) was allocated.
In 2025, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will also finance the implementation of subsequent project modules selected in previous editions of the competitions for a total amount of PLN 7,620,000 (seven million six hundred twenty thousand zlotys).

The detailed scope of the competition, the method of preparing the offer, the conditions that must be met by an entity entering the competition and the method of making the offer template and necessary attachments available are specified in the Competition Regulations (together with attachments: the grant agreement template and guidelines for bidders), published in the Public Information Bulletin, on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.gov.pl/dyplomacja and at the headquarters of the Ministry.
