Purpose
The purpose of this call is to fund projects that will develop innovative measures aimed at gender balance, diversity (including Sami) and inclusion in academia. These projects will be part of a network (BalanseHub) where they can exchange experiences and get updates on new ideas, methods and theories about gender balance, diversity and inclusion in academia. The network is coordinated by NIFU. The project period must be two years.
