International Center for Responsible Gaming invites applications for dedicated centers of excellence

Objectives: The International Center for Responsible Gaming (ICRG) is offering funding for institutions to establish centers of excellence focused on responsible gaming research. The initiative's purpose is to develop effective responsible gambling tools and strategies that enhance player protection, promote positive behavior change, and improve engagement with responsible gaming tools. Successful applicants will lead research projects that address the adoption, use, and sustained engagement with these tools, especially among higher-risk groups, to mitigate gambling-related harms. Research topics include exploring social norms, incentives for using responsible gaming tools, and behavioral design principles to enhance tool effectiveness.
