Purpose: The purpose of the Industrial PhD scheme is to strengthen research-based innovation and contribute to long-term competence building in Norwegian business and industry through the recruitment of doctoral candidates in companies.
At the same time, the scheme will contribute to closer collaboration between the business sector and research communities, so that research-based knowledge can be used more easily.
