Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Non-governmental, non-profit organisations legally established in Romania, including associations, foundations, federations, and the National Red Cross Society in Romania and its legal-personality structures. Other voluntary, non-profit legal entities in Romania may be considered case by case.
Geographic and legal eligibility: Applicants must be legally registered in Romania and operating under the relevant Romanian legal framework. They must have had legal personality for at least 60 months before the submission deadline.
