• Eligible applicants: Only Ivorian legal entities operating on a non-profit basis may apply as lead applicant. Eligible categories include NGOs, associations, cooperatives and other civil society organizations. The lead applicant must not be affiliated with a government and must manage the action directly rather than acting as an intermediary.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: The organization must be legally established under Ivorian law and able to provide proof of legal existence and authorization to operate, a recent bank account in its own name, a valid tax clearance certificate, governance documents and internal administrative and financial procedures.
