Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Micro and small enterprises in the West Bank employing 1–19 workers may apply. Both formally registered and unregistered establishments are eligible.
Geographic and sector eligibility: Applicants must operate in targeted governorates and in a sector designated for that area, or provide a supporting service directly linked to a targeted value chain or sector. North and central West Bank coverage includes Jenin, Nablus, Tulkarm, Qalqilya, Salfit, Tubas, Jericho, and Ramallah & Al-Bireh; sectors include food manufacturing, agricultural production, textiles and garments, and services and maintenance.
