Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Legally registered organisations in Cambodia that can enter into a grant agreement with Tetra Tech, limited to international non-governmental organisations, local non-governmental organisations, and academic institutions or research institutes.
Geographic and legal eligibility: Applicants must be registered to operate in Cambodia with the relevant Cambodian government ministries and be in good standing with civil and fiscal authorities.
