Eligibility criteria: Eligible organisations: only organisations that are on EFSA’s Article 36 list of competent organisations designated by EU Member States under Regulation (EC) 178/2002 and Commission Regulation (EC) 2230/2004 may apply. Applicants must verify that they are included on the current EFSA Management Board list before submission. Proposals may be submitted by a single eligible organisation or by a consortium composed of eligible organisations only; in a consortium, one partner must act as consortium leader.
