• Eligible applicants: UK research organisations eligible for UKRI funding; applications are open to research groups and individuals. Collaborative applications with interdisciplinary teams are encouraged.
• Geographic and legal eligibility: The project lead must be based at a UK research organisation. Under the UKRI and Research Council of Norway agreement, a project co-lead (international) may be based in a Norwegian institution. Other international collaborators and UK partners not based at approved organisations must be included as project partners.
