Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Legal entities that are public actors or private non-profit actors, including NGOs, other non-profit organisations, public sector operators and local authorities.
Geographic and legal eligibility: Applicants and implementing partners must be established in an eligible country under NDICI-Global Europe rules. Projects must be implemented in crisis-affected Sub-Saharan African countries classified as very high or high by the INFORM Severity Index. Activities involving national public authorities are not eligible where EU or French cooperation is suspended.
