Eligibility criteria:

Eligible applicants: Only consortia of two organisations may apply: a fellow hosting site as the applicant/coordinator and a fellow sending organisation as the partner/co-beneficiary. Both must be competent organisations designated by Member States under Article 36 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 and Commission Regulation (EC) No 2230/2004.
