Programul Uniunii Europene - Măsuri de Promovare a Încrederii (EU-CBM V), finanțat de Uniunea Europeană și implementat de PNUD Moldova, anunță lansarea unui concurs pentru Programul de Granturi Mici. Organizațiile interesate pot depune cererile și propunerile de proiect, având în vedere că toate activitățile urmează să se desfășoare în perioada mai 2019 - mai 2021. În cadrul programului de Granturi Mici participanții la concurs pot solicita granturi în valoare de maxim 20,000 Euro, dar contribuțiile proprii sunt binevenite și sunt încurajate.

Acest concurs este deschis propunerilor de proiect menite să sporească măsurile de încredere, prin soluționarea nevoilor comune a localităților, cu suportul parteneriatelor formate de organizațiile de pe ambele maluri ale râului Nistru. Activitățile tematice recomandate includ, dar nu se limitează la următoarele domenii: sănătate (inclusiv protecția socială), cultură, protecția mediului, educație, sport (inclusiv turism) și dezvoltare locală.

Propunerile de proiecte ar trebui să vizeze obținerea unor rezultate concrete în rezolvarea problemelor comune prin colaborarea organizațiilor de pe ambele maluri. Vor fi examinate doar cererile care contribuie la dialogul și cooperarea între comunitățile de pe ambele maluri ale Nistrului, ceea ce este o cerință esențială pentru acest concurs. Va fi considerat un avantaj dacă în cadrul proiectului propus va fi utilizat un obiect de infrastructură socială, renovat sau reconstruit în etapele anterioare ale programului.

Sunt eligibile proiectele depuse de organizații publice nonprofit înregistrate sau organizații a societății civile (ONG) cu experiență în implementarea proiectelor în domeniile listate mai sus.

Programul EU-CBM V va organiza întruniri pentru informarea participanților conform următoarelor:

pe 25 martie la Chișinău, începând cu ora 10: 30, în sala de conferințe a hotelului Jolly Alon (str. Maria Cebotari, 37);

pe 27 martie la Tiraspol, începând cu ora 10: 00, în sala de conferințe a hotelului Rossia (str. Sverdlova, 69).

Termenul limită pentru depunerea cererilor cu propunerile de proiect este 18 aprilie 2019, ora locală 16.00.

Программа «Европейского союза - Меры по укреплению доверия» (EU-CBM V), которая финансируется Европейским союзом и осуществляется ПРООН в Молдове, объявляет о запуске конкурса по набору проектных предложений по Программе Малых грантов. Заинтересованные организации могут подать свои заявки и проектные предложения, учитывая, что все мероприятия должны проводиться в период с мая 2019-го года по май 2021-го года. Максимальная сумма, которую заявители могут запросить в рамках Программы Малых грантов, составляет 20,000 Евро, но дополнительные средства в качестве собственных взносов поощряются.

Этот конкурс открыт для любых предложений по укреплению доверия, отвечающих потребностям местных общин, которые будут осуществляться в рамках партнерств, организациями с обоих берегов. Рекомендуемые тематические направления деятельности включают, но не ограничиваются следующими областями: здравоохранение (в том числе социальная защита), культура, окружающая среда, образование, спорт (в том числе туризм) и развитие местных сообществ.

Проектные предложения должны быть направлены на достижение конкретных результатов в решении общих задач путём сотрудничества организаций с обоих берегов реки Днестр. Будут рассмотрены только те заявки, которые содействуют диалогу и сотрудничеству между общинами с обоих берегов Днестра, что является ключевым требованием для данного конкурса. Будет считаться преимуществом факт использования одного из проектов социальной инфраструктуры, отремонтированный или реконструированный в ходе предыдущих этапов программы.

Имеют право подавать проектные предложения зарегистрированные некоммерческие общественные организации или организации гражданского общества (НПО) с опытом внедрения проектов в выше-указанных областях.

Программа EU-CBM V проведет серию информационных семинаров, согласно нижеследующему графику:

25 марта в Кишиневе, начиная с 10:30, в конференц-зале гостиницы «Jolly Alon» (ул. Мария Чеботарь, 37).

27 марта в Тирасполе, начиная с 10:00, в конференц-зале гостиницы «Россия» (ул. Свердлова, 69).

Крайним сроком подачи заявок является 18-ое апреля 2019 года, 16:00 по местному времени.
