Volunteer French Translator

As part of the communications team, the volunteer translator’s main role will be to translate short documents, social media content and updates to the website. No oral translation / interpretation is required, and translation is minimal text consisting of 2-3 short paragraphs at a time, unless otherwise noted. The translator will contribute indirectly to the development and implementation of the organizations important mission and activities.

Skills required:

· Fluency in English, Native French speaker

· Experience working on a virtual and diverse team

· Experience working as a volunteer

Time expected: 1-2 hours/week

Please note that this role is a voluntary position and as such we are unable to provide any remuneration of any kind.
