International Employment Service and Career Development (IPESC) Specialist

e.Gen is looking for an International expert for the ADB-funded project titled "Loan 4041-UZB: Skills Development for a Modern Economy Project - CS01". e.Gen has been shortlisted for the project and preparing the proposal. The chosen candidate will be proposed in the proposal and will work with e.Gen if and when the project is awarded. Please see the attached TOR for details.

Qualifications of the expert:

At least a postgraduate degree, with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in public employment service provision, 3 years’ experience in Central Asia is desirable, fluent in written and spoken English.

The IPESC specialist will work closely with the international PES training specialists and national PES specialist.
