Qualifications and skills

• Master’s degree in civil, mechanical or water/environmental engineering (or equivalent);
• Excellent knowledge of English language in a professional environment (working level);
• Knowledge of Turkish would be an advantage.

General professional experience

• 10 years (preferably 15 years) of general professional experience; 10 years of international experience (outside the usual place of residence) preferably in IFI financed projects.

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 2 team leading experiences in the last 10 years.
• 5 years of relevant experience in water and wastewater engineering and with the design of drinking water and wastewater treatment plants;
• Experience on the operational side of investment projects planning and implementation would be considered an advantage;
• Previous relevant experience in the sector in Turkey would be an advantage
