The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is: to strengthen the socio-economic development of Kütahya and to increase the competitiveness of creative industries sector and its contribution to the city’s economy 

Key expert 1: Team Leader

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• A post-graduate degree in Business Administration/Industrial Design/Industrial Engineering is an asset
• Very good conunand of English (speaking, reading and writing)

General professional experience

• Minimum 10 years of working experience following the attainment of a bachelor’s degree

Specific professional experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in design and/or prototyping and/or R&D of industrial products
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as team leader/deputy team leader/project manager/program manager/project director (only unintemipted 6 months or more experience will be considered acceptable)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ceramic/Mini/jewellery/handcrafts sector(s) is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in creativity hubs/creativity labs/creativity studios/design centers/prototyping center(s) is an asset
• Minimum 2 years of international experience (e.g. experience in international& multinational corporation and/or experience in any country out of expert’s nationality, and/or experience in internationally funded projects) will be an asset
