Short Term Experts

We received an invitation to submit a proposal for the following project: Strengthening capacities for quality assurance and credit transfer in Vocational Education and Training (VET) in Azerbaijan.
We are looking for short term experts for several positions as indicated in the candidates profile below.

Implement short term missions in place and home based where possible, work closely together with the Team Leader and other key and non-key experts. The detailed ToR will be defined during the inception phase.

 

Non Key Experts: quality assurance in VET,  lifelong learning, recognition of prior learning, Legal framework development, VET school monitoring, Learning pathways, Education policy, Management information system.
Master degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the education sector,
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in VET
- One expert: quality assurance in VET - minimum of 5 years of professional experience
 - including QA assessment, training design, workshops implementation, drafting/ reviewing related legal documents and strategies
- One expert: lifelong learning and recognition of prior learning - minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  - including TNA, training design, workshops implementation, drafting/ reviewing related legal documents and strategies
- One expert: VET school monitoring and Learning pathways - minimum of 5 years of professional experience
  - including TNA, training design, workshops implementation, drafting/ reviewing related legal documents and strategies
- One expert: Management information system in education  / VET - Minimum of 6 years of professional experience
  -  including TNA, situational assessment, training design, workshops implementation, drafting/ reviewing related legal documents and strategies, data protection
- Previous experience in Azerbaijan would be an advantage
- Previous work experience in EU financed projects would be an advantage
