QUALIFICATIONS

WYG Türkiye is looking for a Rare Earth Elements Consultant. The necessary qualifications are as follows:

• Bachelor's degree in Geological / Mining / Chemical / Metallurgical / Material / Industrial Engineering or International Business / International Trade / International Commerce, Business Administration and Economy
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in REE Industry following the attainment of bachelor's degree,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management of R&D Projects related to REEs,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and investor relations directly to REE Industry,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international REE supply chain
• Very good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, computer and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task
• Applicants holding a post- graduate degree in above fields relevant to the REE industry will be an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Consultant will assist the management team in all aspects of the project for the following fields.

• Produce the technical parts of the contractual reports, by obtaining inputs from the team,
• Produce, in cooperation with the other members of the team, the work plans and resource schedules, and identify the profiles of the team to be mobilized,
• Review the technical reports and proposals to be produced by the team and assure quality and coherence of reports,
• Represent the project at relevant events and meetings,
• Monitor daily the progress of the project against the pre-determined and agreed upon time plans, and report possible deviations from the predetermined and agreed upon time plans and resource schedules to the beneficiary,
• Report to related parties
