Project Assistant Sustainability Management

Background

We are currently seeking a Project Assistant to join our Sustainability Team at our head office in Cologne. We strengthen the capacities of private or public institutions in emerging economies and developing countries to improve sustainability in global value and supply chains.

Job Description

• Supporting project management and administration in the field of sustainability
• Expert search within our own expert data base and external data bases
• Communication with and recruiting of experts
• Research activities, quantitative and qualitative analysis, drafting of technical concepts
• Formatting and editing offers, reports and other project related documents
• Overseeing and updating timetables and schedules

Candidate's Profile

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (sustainability management, economics, social science, development studies, etc.)
• Able to work very conscientiously, accurately, and in a structured manner
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking and organizational skills
• 1-2 years of experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis and research in sustainability topics (environment, social aspects, climate, resources etc.),
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent communication skillsProven excellent command of German and English language, written and spoken
  
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office
