Finn Church Aid (FCA) is seeking for anOperational Partnerships Expert for a fixed-term employment. The main task is to lead and coordinate the review and development of FCA partnership assessment tools and assessment processes with operational partners. This includes consultations and closely working with FCA Country Offices (COs) and relevant SAC Units (Helsinki office) and colleagues to ensure relevance and appropriateness of the assessment processes and tools and to provide related support and capacity building. Linking with the partnership assessments, the position also includes review and development of FCA partner capacity building plans and tools. The Operational Partnerships Expert will report to Global Program Manager. The position is located in Helsinki, Finland.

The position will be filled as soon as possible and it is a fixed-term employment until 31.12.2024 with six-month probation period. The compensation is based on FCA salary scale and the candidate’s level of experience.
Remote work is possiblefromFCA programme countries, and from Sweden, Estonia, France, Spain and Austria, all subject to an existing valid work permit in that country. Remote work from another location in Europe can be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to valid work permit. This is not an expat position and terms of employment for locally hired employees in Finland will be applied.
