AAM Consulting is currently looking for an expert for the ’Consultancy for the Support with the Development of Technical Requirements and Implementation of the e-Land Registry Information System’ project in Saint Lucia. The project is now at the bidding phase and we are looking for an expert interested in implementation and possessing all qualifications and skills required for the open position.
Duration: The intended start date is June 2024 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 24 months from this date.
Working Language(s): English
The objective of the project is to provide the PIU, internal and external system users and other stakeholders with the following support, to ensure that the e-Land Registry Information System (to be developed by a separate contractor) will be implemented in the most efficient, cost-effective and well-coordinated manner:
(a) preparation of the technical requirements for the system,
(b) technical assistance during the procurement process,
(c) contract management for the system design and implementation,
(d) change management, and
(e) capacity building.
The main activities of the project will most likely be implemented in Saint Lucia.
Key expert 3: Registry Business Analyst
Expected time input:
· 3 person-months – intermittent for the pre-bidding period
· 2 person-months – intermittent for procurement and contract management support
