The Humanitarian Impact Institute (HII) is in an exciting period of growth, having just rebranded from the European Sustainable Development Organisation (ESDO). The rebrand is a reflection of our increasing focus on humanitarian operations. In particular our Diversity, Inclusion and Localisation Practice has grown considerably since its inception in 2023. We are looking for a full-time Partner-level leader to grow this practice's influence and impact across the industry.
This is a permanent, full time role working remotely or in-person in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years’ experience in multi-sectoral humanitarian M&E, with a specialisation in diversity, inclusion, gender and/or localisation. The role is ideal for an experienced evaluator who wants to be part of a team and join HII's highest level of management.
This role will lead one of HII’s four practices, the Diversity, Inclusion & Localisation Practice. This Practice delivers evaluations, consulting and research projects designed to advance diversity, inclusion and localisation across the humanitarian and development sectors. We work globally but with a focus on MENA, south Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.
HII is dedicated to increasing the impact of humanitarian and emergency responses, as well as development programs globally. You will be supervising a team motivated to advance inclusion and equity. Your key role will be to build lasting client relationships and deliver high quality projects for them.

This role will have a competitive base salary and will also be eligible for annual performance based payments.
