To improve resilience of (public) infrastructure and mitigate the increasing risks associated with climate change.
Quantity Surveyor/Civil Engineer
Qualifications and skills
A Master's degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil engineering or similar or, in its absence, equivalent combination of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with professional experience of 5 years which must be above the general professional experience duration fixed below.
General professional experience
At least 6 years of professional experience in the field of quantity surveying and site supervision for infrastructural construction works.
Specific professional experience
At least 6 years of professional experience in the field of construction of roads and related surface drainage, sewerage and waste water treatment plants or works of similar nature.
Good communication skills in oral and written English and preferably good understanding of written Dutch. Knowledge of Papiamentu will be an additional asset.
All experts must be independent and free from conflicts of interest in the responsibilities they take on.
