Graphic Designer (Local Expert - Lao PDR)

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education (Copies of certifications or proof of specialized training relevant to the scope of this engagement),
•    A minimum of an associate’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field. 

Experience,
•    At least five (5) years of professional experience in graphic design, visual design, graphic art, digital design, or related field. 
•    A strong portfolio of illustrations, graphics, and animations.
•    The ability to develop: Media Content (videos and tutorials); Print material; Digital material (Website and social media content); Any other appropriate materials.
•    Experience working with development agencies or Government entities in Lao PDR. 
•    Excellent writing skills.

Core and Technical Competencies: 
•    Submit a portfolio demonstrating evidences.
•    Fluency in written and spoken English and Lao is required.
•    Animation and motion graphics.
•    Visual language creation.
•   Typography principles, font selections, color theory, etc.
