Monitoring and Evaluation Expert

We are seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert to fill a position for a bid in Namibia. The position will be part time spread over 24 months.

Requirements:

• 12 years of practical work experience
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant field
• Working experience in Namibia or regional experience will be an added advantage
• Experience with KfW-funded projects is an added advantage
• Relevant experience in Water and Sanitation projects (at least 4)
• Experience in developing concepts for internal monitoring and evaluation
• Experience in the implementation of a monitoring scheme
• Good command of English
