Aries Consult Ltd is an international consultancy specializing in monitoring, evaluation, data collection, and strategic advice on public policies and social programs . With a growing presence in Southern and Central Africa, Aries Consult seeks to expand its database of qualified professionals in Angola , with a view to mobilizing them for field studies, institutional assessments, and technical support to governance.

The recruitment process focuses on two complementary profiles : data collection agents and public policy and governance specialists. Both profiles require knowledge of the national context, commitment to professional ethics and availability to travel. Applications from women and young professionals are strongly encouraged.

Job Description
The specialists will be part of technical teams responsible for institutional diagnostics, development of evidence-based public policies, monitoring of social programs and support for public administration reform . They will work in conjunction with ministries, local administrations, technical partners and civil society organizations.

???? Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on public policies;
Prepare technical reports, policy notes and action plans based on empirical evidence;
Participate in workshops to co-create solutions with public and community actors;
Develop methodological instruments adapted to the Angolan context;
Facilitate restitution and validation processes with communities and institutions;
Ensure compliance with ethical and methodological standards in all phases of work.
✅ Requirements
Degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Law, Planning, Economics, Development Studies or relevant field (Master's degree is an advantage);
At least five (5) years of experience in public policy, program management, monitoring or evaluation;
Knowledge of the structure, functioning and legislation of the Angolan public administration;
Excellent writing skills in Portuguese;
Ability to facilitate meetings, interviews and community consultations;
Availability for interprovincial travel and work in rural or remote areas.
