Job Summary
We’re growing and looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Officer to join our team and help keep our systems and customers running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for internal teams and external clients.
Troubleshoot issues related to our messaging platforms, APIs, and VAS tools.
Monitor system performance and escalate issues where necessary.
Assist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware.
Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference.
Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve client issues.
Ensure timely and professional resolution of technical support tickets.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk role.
Strong understanding of networking, operating systems, and cloud-based systems..
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tasks simultaneously.
Experience with SMS platforms, messaging gateways, or telco systems is a plus.
