Senior Social Specialist (16 Man-Months)

Education: Graduate in Social Science or Sociology. Master’s degree in Social Science, Sociology or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

·       15 years of general experience in conducting ESIA and RAP for road projects.

·       A minimum of 5 years of specific experience in leading RAP and ESIA and construction stage social risk management and monitoring for highway or large infrastructure projects in countries other than Bhutan.

·       Should have experience working with projects funded by international financing institutions.

·       Relevant experience in a country/country other than his/ her home country required.
