 “Water supply and sewerage systems in the Bukhara region (Phase II)”

Qualification and Experience Requirements: The Procurement Specialist must be a qualified engineer, quantity surveyor, or procurement specialist with extensive knowledge of procurement systems and processes.

The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in the procurement of construction works, goods, and services within water supply and wastewater projects or other infrastructure development projects funded by international donors.

Additionally, the candidate should have extensive knowledge of the procurement guidelines and procedures of IFIs such as World Bank, ADB,  AIIB and other IFIs.

The candidate must have relevant experience in preparing, evaluating, and managing the tender process for the design, supply, and installation of equipment.
