International Road Survey Specialist

Sheladia Associates is seeking a professional International Road Survey Specialist to join our team for the upcoming Consulting Services for Asset Management Plan for Fiji Roads Authority

The main objective of this assignment is to develop an asset management system that supports FRA in its management of the roads, bridges and jetties across Fiji.

Required Qualifications:

• The candidate shall have a bachelor’s or higher degree in civil engineering, transport economics or other relevant fields.
• The candidate shall have demonstrable experience with road survey equipment and software (preferably with ARRB equipment and software) and organizing the collection of inventory and condition data and its subsequent post-processing, validation and entry into a database.
• The candidate shall have at least 10 years of experience in road surveys, preferably including experience in small island developing states (SIDS).
• The candidate shall be fluent in English and shall be skilled in report writing.
