Provision of Consultancy Services for Detailed Engineering Design, Preparation of Tender Documents and Construction Supervision for Upgrading of 36 Km Roads in Ruangwa District – Lindi Region to Appropriate Sealing Standard

Client: Tanzania Rural and Urban Roads Agency (TARURA)

Country: Tanzania

Environmental Expert (Supervision & DLP - 8 Man-Months - Intermittent Input)

Education: Registered Environmental Expert with Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Management Studies with a minimum of Ten (10) years’ experience related to environmental impact assessment for development projects. (A postgraduate degree in Environmental and Social Management will be an added advantage)

Experience:

·        As an Environmental Specialist/Expert capacity in at least two (2) similar projects in the past ten years.

·        Registered with the relevant professional bodies

·        At least Three (3) years experience in in developing countries.

·        Proficiency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
