We are seeking qualified experts to join our proposed team:

• Project Manager – ICT & governance background; 7+ years in managing public sector ICT/digitalisation projects.

• Senior International Business Analyst – 10+ years ICT/e-justice experience; proven work on electronic court systems.

• Senior National Business Analyst (Armenia) – ICT and justice sector knowledge; 7+ years.

• Business Analysts (2) – 3+ years’ experience in technical specifications for public administration / judiciary systems.

• Senior Lawyers (2) – 10+ years legal experience, including 5 in managerial roles; strong justice/public administration background.

• Senior IT Experts (3) – 5+ years designing technical specifications for public sector IT systems.

• IT Experts (2) – 3+ years in ICT/public administration system development.
