Content Creator

Location: Egypt (Field-Based)

Reports To: Director of Advocacy & Senior Content Production Officer

Job Overview:

INARA is looking for a talented and creative Field Content Creator to visually document the impact of INARA activities in Egypt. This deliverables-based role involves capturing and producing powerful visual stories through photography and video, with a focus on human interest narratives and ongoing coverage of activities, visits, and community interactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visual storytelling, experience working in the field, and the ability to create content that highlights both the challenges and the hope within the communities served.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1 human interest visual story per week (photo or short video), focusing on individuals and communities benefiting from INARA’s work.

• Produce 1 follow-up visual story per week, illustrating continued progress and the broader impact of INARA’s work in Egypt

• Cover ALL INARA-related field activities and visits as needed, capturing high-quality photo and video content, with occasional interviews.

• Edit all visual materials to be publication-ready, including color grading, audio balancing, subtitles, and basic motion graphics if needed.

• Ensure content complies with INARA’s branding, messaging guidelines, and protection standards.

• Collaborate closely with the communications team to align on story angles, logistics, and content delivery timelines.

Qualifications:
• Strong experience in both photography and video production.
• Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro
• Excellent visual storytelling and narrative structuring skills.
• Sensitivity to working with vulnerable individuals and communities; understanding of ethical content collection.
• Availability to travel within Egypt (if needed) to reach project sites.
• Arabic fluency required; working knowledge of English is an asset.
• Ability to meet tight weekly deadlines with minimal supervision.

o 1x Human Interest Visual Story / week
o Coverage of all Activities / Visits as scheduled

Duration: Ongoing (with regular reviews)
