Internship Roles & Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on mental health, gender equality and menstrual hygiene, and economic indicators relevant to project themes.
  • Assist in data collection and field surveys for impact assessment.

Fundraising & Partnerships

  • Support online and offline fundraising campaigns.
  • Engage with donors, CSR units, universities, schools, and global partners for collaborations.

Community Outreach & Awareness

  • Organize awareness sessions in schools, orphanages, slums, and refugee camps.
  • Design and implement communication campaigns for health and gender education.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create detailed reports, documentation, and presentations.
  • Write articles, blogs, and informative content on WASH (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene), human rights, and gender issues.

Media & Creative Engagement

  • Participate in documentary filmmaking and photography projects (if available).
  • Design posters, infographics, and marketing content for campaigns.
  • Assist in proposal writing and social media management.

Advocacy & Rights-Based Work

  • Support programs promoting children's and women’s rights.
  • Participate in community-based education and motivational sessions.

Creative & Support Activities

  • Create recycled paper crafts, greeting cards, and beadwork to support awareness and fundraising efforts.
  • Conduct interviews, manage office tasks, and assist in project implementation.

Teaching & Motivation

  • Teach basic academic subjects and life skills in village schools and orphan homes.
  • Deliver motivational lessons to uplift and inspire marginalized youth.
