JOB SUMMARY:

Are you passionate about harnessing private sector innovation and finance for social impact?
CARE is seeking a dynamic Private Sector Engagement and Impact Finance Advisor to drive transformative partnerships and innovative financing solutions that advance gender equity and decent work across Asia.

As the regional lead for CARE’s flagship Made by Women (MbW) Initiative, you will shape strategy, strengthen program performance, and broker high-impact collaborations across industries—from apparel and agribusiness to finance and technology. You’ll also expand CARE’s footprint beyond MbW, connecting investors, corporations, and social enterprises to create lasting, gender-equitable economic change

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement a regional private sector engagement strategy aligned with CARE’s Women’s Economic Justice priorities.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with corporations, investors, and business networks to drive innovation, funding, and influence.
  • Map and connect gender-responsive social enterprises with investors and market opportunities.
  • Champion innovative finance models—including blended and impact financing—to scale CARE’s work.
