Position Summary:
The Director of Management Consulting & EU Funding leads a diverse portfolio of consulting services that support clients in strategy, digital transformation, financial advisory and accessing EU funds. The role combines thought leadership, technical expertise in EU funding and strong client engagement to drive growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations and market engagement across the Business Line target geographies.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering strategy consulting, digital transformation, financial advisory, and donor-funded project support.
• Guide clients and partners in developing funding strategies, preparing EU funding applications, and managing awarded projects.
• Ensure project compliance with funding requirements and delivery of high-quality, value-added consulting services.
• Drive business development by identifying emerging EU funding opportunities, forging institutional partnerships, and leading proposal development.
• Cultivate relationships with EU institutions, multilateral donors, government agencies and other stakeholders and beneficiaries.
• Represent the company at sector events and forums to promote service offerings and conduct and strategic negotiations.
• Monitor the performance of consulting assignments/projects and ensure delivery within budget and schedule.
• Monitor operational KPIs, resource allocation, and financial performance across the Business Line.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to internal teams while contributing to the broader vision and direction of the organization.
• Collaborate with the COO and other Directors on cross-cutting initiatives and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Policy, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting and/or EU funding mechanisms, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of EU funding programs and donor regulations.
• Strong proposal writing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other EU languages is an asset.
