Position Summary:
The Director of Engineering, EPC and O&M is responsible for overseeing all engineering and construction related services, from design to implementation and operation. This role demands deep technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage large-scale EPC and O&M contracts while driving business growth and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee operations and market engagement across the Business Line target geographies.
• Lead and manage engineering, procurement, construction, supervision, commissioning, operation and maintenance teams across a wide range of infrastructure and energy projects.
• Oversee projects life cycles from feasibility and design to implementation, commissioning, and operation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, HSE regulations, and quality assurance requirements.
• Drive business development by pursuing EPC and O&M contract opportunities, building partnerships with contractors and investors, and preparing competitive proposals.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of large-scale infrastructure projects in the energy, transport, water and waste and industrial sectors.
• Maintain effective relationships with clients, authorities, funding agencies and external stakeholders to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor projects’ performance, budgets, and timelines to ensure target profitability and high client satisfaction.
• Monitor operational KPIs, resource allocation, and financial performance across the Business Line.
• Represent the company at sector events and technical forums to promote service offerings.
• Collaborate with the COO and other Directors on cross- cutting initiatives and strategic planning.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in engineering project management, with 5+ in a senior leadership role, preferably with international organizations.
• Proven track record in managing EPC and/or O&M contracts.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience.
