Team Leader: Civil Society Development and Governance Expert

AAM Management Information Consulting Ltd. (AAM) is qualified contractor of the European Commission (EC) in the Framework Contract (FWC) SEA 2023 in LOT10. FWC is a simplified procurement procedure with the objective of fast and transparent recruiting of experts for the support of beneficiary countries.

AAM is currently looking for experts for the FWC assignment in Kosovo “Support to the Implementation of Kosovo’s Government Strategy for Civil Society”. The project is now at the bidding phase and we are looking for experts interested in the implementation and possessing all qualifications and skills required for the positions to be proposed to the EC.

Duration: The indicative start date is 19/01/2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 365 Day(s) from this date (indicative end date: 19/01/2027).

Location: Normal place of performance of the specific assignment: Pristina, Kosovo.

Expertise required

Team Leader: Civil Society Development and Governance Expert (Cat I, 65 days)

• Completed university studies of at least 3 years, attested by a diploma. In its absence 5 years of equivalent professional experience in addition to years required under general experience.
• At least 12 years of general professional experience in civil society development, civil society-government coordination.
• Experience in at least three, preferable five projects in the design, implementation, or improvement of legal, policy, or procedural frameworks related to civil society participation, public consultation, and CSO engagement in governance processes;
• Experience in the EU or EU candidate countries or EU potential candidate countries is considered as advantage.
• Language skills: English: C1 level.
