Educational Specialist / Consultancy Service for preparation of a Comprehensive Training Material for FLID Guideline

Educational Qualifications: Master's Degree in Education or a related training field linked to
rural development or agricultural extension.
Skill Sets: Conducting needs assessments and tailoring curricula to diverse multi-lingual learner
groups, especially in a regional or field-based context; curricula development with a
proven track record of developing interactive and engaging training materials for
adult learners; understanding of data analytics tools to track and analyze learner
progress and engagement to allow monitoring and improvement of the training
program.
Experience: minimum 10 years of experience in adult education training as a materials
developer and/or educator.
