Agroforestry Specialist
• A master’s degree in Agroforestry/Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in agroforestry and sustainable agricultural practices, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in gender analysis, gender mainstreaming, and social inclusion.
• In-depth understanding of agroecological principles and sustainable land management practices.
• Proven ability to conduct research and analysis on agroforestry/agricultural policies and their impacts on local communities and ecosystems.
• Good report writing and analytical skills.
• Experience working directly with farmers and rural communities to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
