Ethiopian Pulses and Oilseeds Exporters Association (EPOSEA) is serving promoting and protecting the interest of its members, build their capacity to participate and compete in the global market and contribute for economic development of the country by:

  • Providing up-to-date local and foreign market information, trends & data of the sector to build competitive position of members
  • Creating international opportunities to enhance the exposure of members on global export business.
  • Enhancing the implementation capacity of members through providing them with essential Business Developing System
  • Enabling the Association and its members to access various

EPOSPEA is a key project partner for SRVC II as it is a business membered organization and represents private business actors in the oil seed sector. An assignment of expertise with international business experience will be very important because it pursues similar goals to the project and can therefore contribute significantly to achieving the project's impact. The expert’s role is fully consistent with EPOSPEA’s mandate and priorities, particularly in advancing the shared goals and business interests of its members. This cooperation will ensure strong alignment, measurable outcomes, and effective collaboration between EHPEA, the technical expert, and the SRVC II project.

Your tasks
  • Developing strategic plan
  • Developing advocacy and communication platforms
  • Preparing advocacy documents and templates
  • Establishing international communication
  • Advising the general manager


Your Profile
  • Master in Business administration or similar
  • Profound experience in private non-profit organisation or international business companies
  • Exposure in global commodity marketing
  • Recognised skills in conceptualisation articulation persuation
  • Recognised skills on graphic arts and presentation
  • Communication capacities
  • Experience in Ethiopia or at least in East Africa
  • business fluent in English
  • Amharic would be a plus
