Job Description

We are seeking a Team Leader / Capacity Building Specialist (International) to join us on an upcoming Capacity Building initiative in Tajikistan. The successful candidate will be responsible to lead the overall assignment and manage coordination with the Client. Other duties will include supervising Training Needs Assessment and training strategy, overseeing quality control of all training materials & delivery, coordinating study tours, and preparing progress reports.

Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required, with no less than 10 years dedicated to managing capacity building or institutional development projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading international donor-funded assignments within the transport sector.
  • Substantial experience in training road/transport sector professionals and managing multidisciplinary teams is required.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English are imperative.
  • Proficiency in Russian or Tajik language is highly advantageous.
