Senior Proposal Engineer / Method/Methodology Writers

EPTISA Türkiye is seeking a highly experienced Senior Proposal Engineer / Method Writer with strong technical proposal writing and methodology development capabilities to join our Tender Management & Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and analyze scope, evaluation criteria, risks, and compliance requirements
• Draft and develop methodology, approach, work plan, organizational structure, and quality assurance sections of technical proposals
• Prepare ToR‑compliant task breakdowns, work schedules, deliverables, and expert input (man‑day) plans
• Consolidate technical inputs from consortium partners into a single coherent narrative
• Conduct compliance checks, proofreading, formatting and completeness control, and ensure timely submission of proposals
• Maintain version control, tracking sheets, and overall proposal documentation in an organized and up‑to‑date manner

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical proposal development and methodology writing
• Preferably hands‑on experience with EU PRAG / IFI procurement procedures (WB, EBRD, ADB, KfW, etc.)
• Excellent command of English (particularly written)
• Strong attention to detail, solid document management skills, and ability to handle multiple deadlines under pressure
