Description

Responsible for technical supervision, progress tracking, and site-level contract enforcement.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct day-to-day site supervision and quality control.
  • Review Contractor’s method statements and ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Maintain daily and weekly progress logs, identify and rectify deviations from the baseline.
  • Manage site-level resolution of technical and interface issues.
  • Prepare documentation for variations.
  • Monitor early warnings and flag potential delays or disputes.
  • Draft monthly progress reports and support the Engineer in submission.
  • Conduct daily and formal progress meetings with the Contractor.
  • Ensure compliance with Drawings and Specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering (postgraduate preferred).
  • 15 years of sanitary/environmental relevant experience.
  • At least 3 supervision assignments of similar (landfill) nature or Solid Waste Management – design, construction supervision of landfills.
  • Proven FIDIC experience (minimum 3 contracts).
  • Caribbean region nationals are preferred.
