7. Event Manager
Role: Plans and coordinates the organization of project-related events.
Key responsibilities:
- Organize the launch and closing events (logistics, coordination, visibility)
- Support organization of public events and stakeholder meetings
- Coordinate service providers (venues, catering, technical services, etc.)
- Ensure appropriate branding and media visibility during events
- Manage event timelines and on-site execution
Qualifications and experience :
- Degree or diploma in event management, communication, public relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in planning and coordinating institutional or public events.
- Proven experience managing logistics and coordination for high-level events.
- Ability to coordinate multiple service providers and stakeholders.
- Experience organizing donor-funded or public sector events is an asset.
- Fluency in English required.
