Description

Advanced university degree (Master’s or equivalent) in education, public policy, economics, social sciences, workforce development, or a related field. Experience Minimum 5 years of professional experience in youth employability, skills development, TVET programmes, or education-to-employment initiatives. Demonstrated experience leading consultancy assignments or development projects involving multiple stakeholders. Proven experience coordinating programme implementation, monitoring beneficiary progress, or supporting employability initiatives. Experience working with public institutions, schools, training providers, or development programmes is required. Experience in Jordan in general and northern Jordan in specific is considered an asset. Competences Strong understanding of TVET systems and school-to-work transition mechanisms. Strong understanding of BTEC pathways and school environments. Ability to coordinate field activities and manage multidisciplinary teams. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. Other Competences and Skills Excellent report writing and communication skills in Arabic and English. Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
