We are launching a new mobility platform in Montenegro and are looking for a motivated and proactive Operations Specialist to help us establish our operations in the local market.
You will play an important role in building our local network, onboarding partners, supporting customers, and making sure the platform operates smoothly from day one.
Responsibilities
- Help launch and establish our operations in Montenegro
- Identify and approach local taxi partners
- Onboard new partners and guide them through the registration process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Assist partners with using the platform and resolve any issues they may have
- Provide customer support and handle customer requests
- Monitor daily operations and identify potential problems
- Coordinate with the product and technical team when necessary
- Collect feedback from customers and partners
- Help develop and improve operational processes as we enter the market
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable communicating by phone, WhatsApp, and in person
- Proactive, independent, and results-oriented
- Fluent in Montenegrin/Serbian and good English
- Previous experience in operations, customer support, sales, hospitality, transportation, or a similar field is a plus
- Experience working with startups or technology platforms is a plus
