About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior International Security & Compliance Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will monitor and analyze law enforcement and judicial developments across key jurisdictions, assess their implications for multinational clients, and deliver actionable compliance risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze publicly available policies, regulatory changes, and enforcement trends across designated countries' law enforcement and judicial sectors;
  2. Collect, synthesize, and interpret law enforcement cooperation cases, joint operation reports, and internal bulletins from open sources, including government gazettes, congressional hearing records, and industry white papers;
  3. Deliver compliance risk assessments and early warning advisories to multinational clients, helping them mitigate potential legal and security exposure.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, International Relations, Security Studies, or a related field;
  2. Proven experience in a government agency, law enforcement organization, intelligence analysis firm, or relevant international organization preferred;
  3. Strong understanding of how law enforcement and judicial agencies operate across different jurisdictions, along with familiarity with relevant information sources and research channels;
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce professional analytical reports.

What We Offer:

  1. Competitive project-based compensation starting at USD 500 per assignment, adjusted for experience and region, with no fixed upper limit, plus performance-based bonuses;
  2. Flexible working hours and remote working arrangements;
  3. Strong career development prospects: direct exposure to senior client stakeholders and high-profile projects.

All research and engagement activities are conducted using publicly available information and in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
